Power Transformer
Working Principle
This transformer operates on the fundamental principle of electromagnetic induction. It consists of primary and secondary windings wrapped around a laminated ferromagnetic core. When an alternating current (AC) flows through the primary winding, it generates a varying magnetic flux in the core. This magnetic field induces a voltage in the secondary winding, effectively transferring electrical energy from one circuit to another. The ratio of turns between the primary and secondary windings determines whether the voltage is increased (step-up) or decreased (step-down). The core and windings are submerged in high-dielectric insulating oil, which not only provides electrical insulation but also efficiently dissipates the heat generated during operation, ensuring long-term stability.
Product Advantages
High Energy Efficiency
Utilizes high-permeability Cold-Rolled Grain-Oriented (CRGO) silicon steel to significantly reduce core (no-load) losses, resulting in lower electricity bills and a reduced carbon footprint.
Low Maintenance Design
Features a fully sealed tank structure that prevents moisture ingress and oil oxidation, extending the life of the insulating oil and reducing the need for frequent servicing.
Superior Short-Circuit Withstand
Engineered with robust winding construction and strong bracing to withstand extreme short-circuit forces, ensuring grid stability and protecting downstream equipment.
Quiet Operation
Manufactured with precision core cutting and advanced assembly techniques to minimize magnetostriction, resulting in low noise levels ideal for residential or noise-sensitive areas.
Enhanced Durability
The tank is treated with anti-corrosion paint and sealed with high-quality gaskets, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh outdoor environments with extreme temperatures or high humidity.
Compliance & Safety
Designed and tested in accordance with international standards (IEC 60076), guaranteeing operator safety and reliable integration into existing power systems.
